My entry into software
The fascinating part of any story is the beginning. So, it is my duty to make my beginning fascinating. But where do I start ... There are so many places where my story could start. But for all practical purposes in a hopelessly practical world, I shall start from college. I am an electronics engineer by qualification. Studied in Amrita Institute of Technology, Coimbatore.
Could not get placed in any electronics company (sounds familiar???). Honestly, I don't know the names of many electronic companies. Wipro was the first company to campus. They had a written test which on another day could have been dubbed a 'group discussion'. We were a group of 10 clustered together and all of us got to the interview stage... After that the interview was a lottery and I won the lottery. Ever heard about the 'winner's curse'. Well, I heard of the term in my MBA and we have not reached that part of my story yet. So, I shall explain it later. To cut a long story short, I entered the software services world through campus recruiting.

an aspiring mba graduate ???? -- this is ur blog
Well, there are many stories in this world. Each one of us is a story in writing - a journey whose destination we are unaware off... This is my story in my little piece of this world. Through this blog i want to convey how i got here, why did i get here (that is something i am still confused about), what did it take for me to get here and my experiences for here on in...
I think there will be something in this blog for aspiring mba graduates. Even if you don't learn what to do, atleast you can learn what not to do. I think software engineers can relate to this blog 'cos thats where i came from. Familiar with that empty feeling in your stomach wondering what the fuck ur doing with ur life... working crazy hours but unaware of what u did @ the end of the day... welcome home.. this is ur blog.. and a dreamer with a million dreams and counting... this is ur home..
I have only one request.. Keep ur feedback coming.. helps me improve. And if you have the time, click the google ad by the side.. helps yours truly to meet living expenses :)
Oh! and one more request. Forgive the spelling mistakes.. after all this is not a class on english literature ...
Keep smiling,
Cheers (with a mug of beer in my hand),
